Episode One: Rebellious Youth-The Owl Flies

"One night can change how you see the world.
One night can change how you see yourself."

now the question is, "do you intend to allow obstacles to change the way you see yourself in a negative way"??

As the owl was settled up for an early night adventure to explore the amazing durban nights, we thought it would be only fair if we 1st landed at Taco Zulu for thier amazing Sushi, and then again you cant drink on an empty stomach. That half price everyday sushi got us filled to the rim, and before we know it, we where headed to Origin and to be honest the party was alife but sadly due to the fact that i left my ID home, i wasnt granted a pass (dont get me wrong, i like the rules but not when they are applied to me). My head down shy on my walk of shame, i walked to the car wondering where i will end up that night but like fate i saw myself headed to Club Absolute in florida road. As i walked into Absolute with no familiar face in site, i concluded my night as the worst but little did i know the Rebellious gods had a plan of thier own. My day one called his other connects and before you know it our table was filled with the most beautiful girls durban can offer. Like every Absolute Saturday we where given a dose of Techno-house beats as the white crowd bust in a frenzy of pump it dance moves. As the booze started to kick in and the night became wilder thats when i embraced the multi cultural country we live in, as white black yello green and blue where all on the dance floor. But like every night the fun has to end at some point.

And it would be a crime if i leave you with no review of the night

Taco Zulu i give them 7/10 for thier setting but i feel like we where a little crowded, but for the Sushi i give them a close 9/10 #JobWellDone i will go back anytime at Taco Zulu

Club Absolute (Florida)  i give them 8/10 for setting and it actually helps more that the club is next to a tatoo parlor (who wouldnt want a drunken tatoo right?). For the alcohol prices well i give them 8/10 its affordable and at the same time you feel like you spent

Thats all from me for now hoping to catch you on the next rebellious outing

From me and the team

Episode One: Rebellious Youth-Know an Owl

“We learn something from everyone who passes through our lives.. Some lessons are painful, some are painless.. but, all are priceless''

For a minute iv been trying to figure out who i wanna be, where i wanna be and what i really wanna be, and regardless of the many times i failed, i always got the courage to stand up and try again.
Most of you are now wondering who might this fool be now? Be careful you might not want to know the answer. But for curiosity sake, i'm the owl that watch's over the Durban nights, the same owl that gives you the necessary feedback of whats hip and happening in our magnificent city. But for now the greatest update this owl can give is that this feed is now under new management, and we greatly appreciate the previous updater, she handed me this amazing piece and all i can say is she left me big shoes to fill (I never said she has big feet). She forever did a great job and she will still be part of this entourage.

As for now the biggest question is ''What is Street Lights and Late Nights ''?? Well its simple though complicated in some parts. We are all about the greatest events Durban has to offer, Updates, behind the scenes and if we lucky enough we might get an interview or two. A constant update of what happens during street lights, late nights and leads to 4am cabs with a movement that is driven by the rebellious youth. You probably wondering why i'm using  ''WE'' instead of ''I'', its pretty much because you are going to be part of this historical movement.

As much as I would love to continue writing, like everything in the world, limits apply,  I will be back soon with real news. But for now I have to go. Just keep that smile at night! Who knows maybe you will be our nightlife poser for the week. From me its bye and have a great rebellious time ,

Till next time ''Bless''
